Help Desk Analyst Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA

A Help Desk Analyst plays an integral role in managing technical difficulties that affect operations in the technology industry. Their daily responsibilities may include evaluating and resolving issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. They are expected to provide technical assistance and support, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users through corrective steps. They should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are highly valued.
