Help Desk Analyst Jobs in Pennsylvania

A Help Desk Analyst plays an integral role in managing technical difficulties that affect operations in the technology industry. They should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are highly valued. Prior to becoming a Help Desk Analyst, a professional may hold roles such as IT Technician, Computer Operator, or IT Support Specialist which provide foundational technical and customer service skills necessary for the Help Desk Analyst role.
