Scrum Master and Business Analyst
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to support Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives for our government client. In this hybrid role, you will guide an Agile delivery team while also providing analytical insights that inform product decisions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. You will coach the team on Scrum best practices, remove impediments, and ensure predictable delivery, while also analyzing data related to product performance, workflow efficiency, and outcomes.
You will work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business and data requirements into actionable user stories, dashboards, and metrics. Using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, and data analysis platforms, you will help teams make data-driven decisions that improve delivery effectiveness and enhance patient access to critical healthcare information and services.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a functional role supporting software and data-focused teams in Agile environments
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
- Experience creating process maps, functional requirements, and system design documentation (SDDs) using tools such as Atlassian platforms, including Visio and Jira
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data to support product planning, delivery tracking, continuous improvement, and stakeholder decision-making for dashboards, reports, or visualizations
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities
- Ability to present technical and analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to facilitate collaboration, decision-making, conflict resolution, and data-informed planning across cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- 1+ years of experience in RPA or UiPath
- Experience with UiPath components such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Task Capture
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting languages
- Possession of strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- UiPath Business Analyst Foundation or Advanced Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
