Business Analysis

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6 Months + Extension

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through:
• Stakeholder interviews
• Workshops
• Process walkthroughs
• Produce high-quality artifacts:
• BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
• FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents)
• User stories
• Use cases
• Process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Data mapping documents
• Conduct:
• Gap analysis
• Feasibility assessments
• Impact analysis for change requests
• Act as the primary liaison between:
• Business stakeholders
• Technical teams
• Ensure shared understanding of scope and priorities
• Support:
• UAT planning
• Test case review
• Sign-off coordination

Project Management

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including:
• Planning
• Scheduling
• Resource coordination
• Risk management
• Status reporting
• Manage:
• Project scope
• Timeline
• Budget
• Proactively flag risks and drive mitigation plans
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies in Agile/hybrid environments:
• Sprint planning
• Daily standups
• Retrospectives
• Maintain:
• RAID logs
• Project dashboards
• Executive-level status reports
• Coordinate across:
• Multiple vendors
• Internal teams
• Stakeholders
