Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Project Manager III to join their team. As an IT Project Manager III, you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $68.33

What's the Job?

• Lead and direct lower-level managers, team leaders, or manage specific technology functions to ensure project success.
• Oversee the creation and development of technology solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Coordinate the translation of business strategies into actionable work programs and processes.
• Collaborate with partners to develop technology solutions and business cases across various functional groups.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and escalation for resolving complex service requests and issues.

What's Needed?

• Experience in design principles and design patterns within software development.
• Strong background in a disciplined SDLC process and Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of financial and banking processes and domain knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager, with proficiency in Agile Scrum environments.
