IT Project Manager III

Job Description

This person will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT-focused projects, from initial definition through implementation, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations. They will be doing hands-on project planning and execution, driving key milestones, and providing day-to-day direction to project resources while serving as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams. This person will also be doing ongoing stakeholder communication, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changes to keep projects moving forward.

In the day-to-day, they will be doing work within project and work order systems, supporting vendor coordination, procurement activities, and overall project delivery operations. They will also be doing regular documentation, status reporting, and budget tracking to maintain visibility and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Strong use of tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word will be expected, and familiarity with SAP billing modules is highly desired.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years' experience Endtoend IT project management experience

Experience leading or supporting SAP-related projects

Hands-on experience managing projects involving SAP systems, including billing or finance-related modules

Strong project budgeting, forecasting, and costtracking experience

Experience managing project scope, schedules, milestones, and change control

Handson experience developing and maintaining project plans

Experience producing project documentation, status reports, and budget reports

Experience managing IT initiatives and technologyfocused projects

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word

Experience supporting enterprisescale or complex IT environments Utility experience
