Design, deploy, and maintain cloud
infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, and S3.
Manage and operate Kubernetes/EKS clusters,
including deployments, integrations, and troubleshooting
Develop, implement, and support document
generation or automation solutions using SmartDocument
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build
scalable, secure, and automated solutions
Monitor system performance, reliability, and
capacity, and proactively resolve issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation,
diagrams, and operational procedures.
Ability set defined goals and meet deadlines.
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and
adapt to new applications and technology platforms.
Ability to critically evaluate information from
multiple sources and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Thorough knowledge of system performance tuning,
reliability practices, and operational best practices.
Ability to develop and execute system backup and
recovery procedures.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams
and business partners.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Required/Desired Skills Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Bachelor s degree or higher Required AWS certification Required Strong hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda Required 5.0 Years Experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes/EKS (i.e., deployments, integrations, configuration) Required 5.0 Years Experience with document generation or automation platforms (e.g., SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, Adobe PDF Services) Required 5.0 Years Experience with Linux and Windows environments Required 5.0 Years Scripting skills for system automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting Required 5.0 Years Familiarity with Agile frameworks Required 3.0 Years Experience with CI/CD framework and pipeline software such as Jenkins Required 3.0 Years
