- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda).
- Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS environments, including deployments and integrations.
- Develop and support document automation solutions (SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, Adobe PDF Services).
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and capacity; proactively resolve issues.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and automated solutions.
- Support backup, recovery, performance tuning, and operational best practices
