SAP Hybris Technical Developer

Experience: Minimum 12+ years in enterprise software development, including at least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technologies:

Ø Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

Ø SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris):

Ø Expertise in B2C Accelerator.

Ø Experience with OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs and Headless Commerce architectures.

Ø Customization and extension of the platform (e.g., ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, ServiceLayer).

Ø Integration:

Ø Proven experience integrating SAP Commerce with third-party services using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Hub, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Search Optimization:

Ø Hands-on experience with Solr search engine integration and optimization.

Required Technical Screening

Ø Hands-on Java & Spring experience

Ø Provide a small code snippet with bugs and ask the candidate to run, debug, and fix it.

Ø REST API services

Ø Validate understanding of REST design, HTTP methods/status codes, and implementation basics.

Ø JUnit & Integration Testing

Ø Assess unit testing fundamentals and integration testing approach.

Ø Developer should write the functional test

Ø Hybris knowledge

Ø Confirm relevant experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) concepts and implementation exposure.
