IT Software Developer Analyst-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)

Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and efficient systems and web pages.

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Support system integrations and troubleshoot software issues.
• Work with team members to maintain and enhance existing applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes and scrum ceremonies.
• Develop and refine Power BI dashboards, SQL reports, or API integrations based on assigned tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or full-stack application development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Java, .NET, AWS, and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodology, software lifecycle, and scrum ceremonies.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements like SOX and cybersecurity best practices.

• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, IT Project Management (PMP, Agile, SAFe), or DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud automation, ERP integration, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SCADA operations, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
