Role: Database Administrator (Data Warehouse, ETL & Data Modeling)

Location: Austin, TX Hybrid

Key Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Database Administration (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or similar DBMS)
• 5+ years of Data Warehousing & Data Mart Development
• 5+ years of Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Highly Normalized Data Models)
• 5+ years of ETL Development using Informatica, IBM DataStage, or similar ETL tools
• 5+ years of SQL Development, Database Design, and Data Transformation
• 5+ years of Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools (Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, MicroStrategy)
• 5+ years of Business Objects and Data Dictionary Development
• 5+ years of Database Performance Tuning, Benchmarking, and Optimization
• 5+ years of Enterprise Database Implementation and Support
• 5+ years of Full Data Warehouse Lifecycle Experience (Requirements, Modeling, ETL, Data Loading, Reporting )
• 5+ years of Analysis, Planning, and Management Reporting Experience
• 5+ years of Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Troubleshooting Skills
• 5+ years of Experience Working with Technical and Non-Technical Stakeholders
• 5+ years of Strong Written, Verbal Communication, and Interpersonal Skills

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of Oracle Database Experience
• 5+ years of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Development
• 1+ year of M204 Database Experience
• Experience with Database Security, Backup/Recovery, and Disaster Recovery
• Experience Creating and Maintaining Data Dictionaries
