Senior Snowflake ETL Developer with Informatica IICS

The Senior Snowflake ETL Developer with Informatica IICS is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise data integration solutions within a large-scale analytics and data warehousing environment. This role focuses on building and optimizing data integration hubs using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS, Snowflake, SQL, and cloud-based technologies while supporting Agile SDLC processes. The position requires strong expertise in ETL development, healthcare data integration, CI/CD automation, and performance optimization across multiple enterprise data sources. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise data integration hub solutions Configure and maintain infrastructure for data integration platforms Develop ETL mappings, workflows, and automation processes using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS Automate data acquisition and integration from multiple data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performing Snowflake SQL scripts Participate in all phases of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Create Epics, User Stories, Tasks, and technical documentation for Agile sprint teams Perform integration, load, and stress testing for ETL and data integration solutions Support deployment, release management, and operational enhancements Optimize data integration processes for scalability, reliability, and performance Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and visualization teams supporting Tableau and BI environments Design technical diagrams, mappings, and documentation using Visio and Erwin Ensure data security and compliance standards are followed for PII and PHI data Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support for enterprise data systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners Support integration using REST/SOAP web services and enterprise APIs Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Informatica Claire, or similar technologies Required Skills: Strong ETL development experience using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS Experience integrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF sources Advanced Snowflake SQL scripting and performance optimization skills Strong SQL development and database management experience Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitHub Actions Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Technical documentation and data modeling experience using Visio and Erwin Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments effectively 14+ years of relevant experience required Strong experience with enterprise data warehousing and analytics environments Experience working in complex, multi-source data integration ecosystems preferred Position requires expertise in ETL automation, data governance, and performance optimization Preferred Skills: Experience with Python scripting and automation Java and JavaScript development experience Experience as a MuleSoft Developer Healthcare industry experience Experience working with HHS agencies Experience handling PII and PHI data Knowledge of Tableau and business intelligence environments Familiarity with AI-enabled data tools such as Snowflake Cortex and Informatica Claire Experience with cloud-based analytics and enterprise data platforms Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
