Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support site infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Provide software support for Windows OS, Office suites, and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory in a complex environment.
• Collaborate with multiple support teams to ensure efficient client and business support.
• Maintain dashboards for IT work tickets, vulnerabilities, and site performance metrics.

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Five years of experience in Information Technology, especially in a manufacturing or government setting.
• Strong knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft PCs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux systems and digital transcription.
• Familiarity with Cisco VOIP support for telecommunication systems.
• Ten or more years of overall IT experience.
• Knowledge of best practices in IT infrastructure management.
