Sous la supervision du Superviseur, Soutien systeme dentreprise, la personne titulaire du poste est responsable de lanalyse, de la documentation et de la validation des exigences daffaires et fonctionnelles liees aux solutions SAP ISU et SAP S/4HANA. Elle contribue aux initiatives damelioration et de maintien des systemes SAP, en assurant lalignement entre les besoins daffaires et les solutions livrees.
Responsabilites principalesRecueillir, analyser, documenter et valider les exigences daffaires et fonctionnelles.
Preparer la documentation fonctionnelle (BRD, specifications fonctionnelles, processus).
Effectuer des analyses fit-gap entre les besoins daffaires et les fonctionnalites standards SAP.
Valider les conceptions fonctionnelles et les configurations SAP selon les exigences approuvees.
Traduire les exigences en scenarios et cas de tests SIT et UAT.
Superviser les tests UAT, documenter les anomalies et soutenir leur resolution.
Valider que les solutions livrees repondent aux attentes daffaires avant leur mise en production.
Agir comme point de liaison entre les parties prenantes daffaires et les equipes SAP fonctionnelles et techniques.
Communiquer les clarifications dexigences, les impacts et les resultats des tests.
Soutenir les activites de gestion du changement et de preparation des utilisateurs.
Exigences et qualifications:
Diplome universitaire ou technique pertinent et deux a quatre ans dexperience a titre danalyste daffaires dans un environnement TI dentreprise OU tout autre combinaison detudes et dexperience pertinente.
Experience pratique avec SAP ISU, SAP CIS et/ou SAP S/4HANA.
Experience en environnements Agile et/ou Waterfall
Un bagage en gestion de projets ou en coordination constitue un atout.
La certification CBAP (Professionnel certifie en analyse daffaires) ou toute certification equivalente est consideree comme un atout.
La personne titulaire du poste doit maitriser le francais. Comme elle sera amenee a interagir frequemment avec des collegues, des parties prenantes et des clients ne parlant pas le francais, elle doit egalement avoir une bonne maitrise orale et ecrite de langlais.

Scripts et outils : PowerShell, XML, VB/VBA.
Environnement de test : qTest

Enbridge Gaz Quebec, the exclusive natural gas distributor in the Outaouais region, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst.
Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Enterprise System Support, the incumbent is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements related to SAP ISU and SAP S/4HANA solutions. The individual contributes to SAP system improvement and maintenance initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
Main ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Prepare functional documentation (BRD, functional specifications, processes).
Conduct fit-gap analyses between business needs and standard SAP functionalities.
Validate SAP functional designs and configurations based on approved requirements.
Translate requirements into SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases.
Oversee UAT testing, document anomalies, and support their resolution.
Validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations before production deployment.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams.
Communicate requirement clarifications, impacts, and test results.
Support change management activities and user preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Relevant university or technical diploma and two to four years of experience as a business analyst in an enterprise IT environment OR any other combination of education and relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP ISU, SAP CIS, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Background in project management or coordination is considered an asset.
CBAP (Certified business analysis professional) or equivalent is considered an asset.
The incumbent must be fluent in French. As they will frequently interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients who do not speak French, they must also have good oral and written proficiency in English.
