Responsibilities:
- Studies and Analyses Related to transition from PoolLevel to LoanLevel MortgageBacked Securities (MBS) Program.
- Assessing an enterprisewide transition from a poollevel MortgageBacked Securities (MBS) program to a loanlevel MBS program.
- This shift has broad implications for operational processes, technology architecture, data management, and the responsibilities as the Pool Processing Agent (PPA) Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA) under the MBS Issuance and Bond Administration (MBSIBA) contract.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, product, or project delivery
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC ways of working
- Experience with requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Business and process skills
