Hiring for Business Systems Analyst!

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role involves working on high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with a focus on regulatory and AML use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Traceability Matrix and Risk Impact Analysis
• Ability to steer initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Translate business needs into system requirements using BRDs, SRS, FSDs, ensuring they are complete, concise, testable, and audit-compliant
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data lineage, data quality, and source-to-target mapping for regulatory and AML use cases
• Experience with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with a track record of leading high-risk, cross-functional, strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in using SharePoint for document collaboration, workflow automation, and stakeholder communication across financial regulatory and AML initiatives
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and facilitating sign-off on deliverables for strategic and compliance-driven projects
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to document information in relatable terms for all levels of ingestion
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

• Additional certifications in business analysis or project management
• Experience in financial services or a related industry
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports for regulatory compliance
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision-making
