Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide single-threaded engineering leadership across Core PI, Medical Records, Editing Platform, CEP, SAM Edits, Audit Hub, and CRI, critical platforms driving claims accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational stability
- Own end-to-end technical accountability: architecture governance, platform reliability, modernization roadmap, and execution discipline
- Stabilize and integrate multiple transitioning teams post-org realignment, ensuring continuity and delivery alignment
- Lead PI team and manage $10.25M funding (Capital + OM) with clear prioritization and outcomes
- Drive platform modernization and AI/automation adoption aligned to enterprise PI and AI 10.0 strategy
- Act as enterprise leader with CIO/ELT visibility, influencing cross-LOB stakeholders and ensuring business outcomes
- Willing to travel 10 - 20%
- Will be working with multiple offshore teams

Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years engineering experience
- 7+ years leading large multi-team orgs at scale
- 7+ years managing mission-critical, regulated, high-availability platforms
- 7+ years portfolio ownership at enterprise scale with technology, financials, and risk
- Experience in Healthcare
- Solid experience in platform architecture, modernization, and distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled platforms, rules engines, and audit systems
- Background in Payment Integrity / Claims processing
- Track record of leading large-scale transformations / platform consolidation
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
