Job Description:

• General IT knowledge across networking, systems, web, and cybersecurity - enough to speak the language and triage issues
• Comfortable serving as the bridge between non-technical agency staff and technical contractors
• Experience in a small office or government environment
  

Required Skills:

1. IT asset and software license tracking
2. Project coordination and ticket/task management
3. Help desk triage and escalation
4. Hands-on network or systems administration
