IT asset and software license tracking.
Project coordination and ticket/task management.
Help desk triage and escalation.
Website content coordination (not development).
General networking and systems knowledge (awareness level).
Microsoft Office / productivity tools. Nice to have:
Cybersecurity awareness and VITA/COV compliance coordination.
Hands-on network or systems administration.
Hands-on cybersecurity engineering.
VITA IT procurement / eVA system experience.
