  • Contract: W2 only, 6-12 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI

Overview

UX resource needed for Process Reimagination / TRM Workstream. This role involves designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and enterprise applications, supporting the ongoing re-imagination of the technology risk management framework and related processes. The candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality UI designs aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, usable designs.
  • Hands-on expertise in Figma (PNCs primary design platform) is required.
  • Experience with other UX tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within shared design systems and component libraries.
  • Proficient in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
  • Demonstrated ability to iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles to ensure design feasibility and smoother handoff to engineering teams.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with developers to align on implementation constraints.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to product owners, engineering teams, and leadership.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and iterative delivery.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive user experiences.
  • Awareness of regulatory and risk considerations in enterprise environments is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
