Job Title: Automation Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and commission crane control systems for electric overhead and portal cranes, from semi-automated to fully automated configurations.
- Select appropriate hardware components and develop system layouts for crane automation projects.
- Develop, program, and implement PLC-based control systems, including motion and motor control logic.
- Generate detailed system architecture and automation network drawings to support engineering and field implementation.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting of control programs to verify proper operation and performance.
- Design and troubleshoot motor control circuits utilizing electromagnetic devices and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
