In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Processing of incoming service requests and incidents based on SLA, KPI, FCR. via phone, mail, ticketing system.
- On-call duty
- Ticket creation, categorization, resolution, documentation.
- Interface to system specialists & departments
- Control, monitor and delegate tickets according to SLAs.
- Documentation of solution descriptions and maintenance of the knowledge database
- Ensure training for the new joiners
- Qualified customer-oriented support for end users and assistance with questions about the use of IT applications and systems
- Processing of major incidents and their correspondence to Mgmt/departments
- Remote troubleshooting for end users.
What you will need for successful work
- Completed training as an IT specialist or professional experience
- High service and customer orientation
- Excellent language skills in Hungarian, German and English language skills required
- Good knowledge of current PC architectures, hardware and software technologies,
- Active Directory
- Experience with remote desktop tools
- Quality and solution-oriented way of working
- Capable of working in a team, strong communication skills, resilient
- Strong service and customer orientation - ideally experience in retail
