Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize troubleshooting and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
- Support Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 applications including Outlook
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Perform desktop imaging using MDT, LTI, ZTI procedures
- Assist with printer support for HP, Canon, Toshiba models
- Deliver excellent interpersonal and customer service to end-users
- Maintain patience and a strong team-first mindset in a dynamic environment
