An enterprise financial organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Pensacola, Florida. This on-site role provides day-to-day technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced IT environment. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day shift Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: Standard business Responsibilities: Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues Manage and document support tickets in ServiceNow or a similar system Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining strong customer service Qualifications: 2+ years of Desktop Support or Technical Support experience in an Enterprise environment Experience with Windows 10/11 support and Microsoft 365 applications Experience with ServiceNow or similar Ticketing systems Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory environments Hands-on experience troubleshooting printers and connectivity issues Desired Skills: CompTIA A+ or related IT certification Experience with desktop imaging and deployment tools such as MDT, LTI, or ZTI Experience supporting Outlook or IBM Lotus Notes Familiarity with enterprise hardware deployment and lifecycle support Strong organizational and multitasking skills
