Role: Technology Lead Java/J2EE/Microservices
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Tukwila, WA

Qualifications
Basic
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in IT.

Preferred

At least 2 years of hands-on Software Development experience in Java/J2EE platform
At least 1 year of experience working in Micro Services based architecture.
Knowledge in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), No SQL (MongoDB) is a plus
Knowledge on at least one Relational Databases and ORM technologies
Experience in designing and developing web/Data Warehouse applications.
Good working knowledge of OO concepts, Design Patterns, UML.
Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development Methodologies
Experience with continuous integration and build tools such as Ant, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
Experience with Red hat Linux, Unix or Windows operating systems
Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting
Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audience
Participate & drive requirements discussion with end-users/customers
Guide the development team
Document requirements
Develop UI wireframes
Design and Development of system
Create Test Plans
Perform Functional Testing including regression testing
Prepare build and deployments scripts
Deployment, Implementation and Post-production support
At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
