Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior PHP Developer / Onsite Coordinator to lead and manage on-site project activities while ensuring seamless collaboration with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage on-site project activities between development teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure smooth integration and communication between on-site and offshore teams.
Take ownership of end-to-end PHP project lifecycle, including:
o Architecture design
o Development
o Testing
o Deployment
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and updates.

Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
o PHP
o Power BI
o Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies:
o HTML
o CSS
o JavaScript
Strong knowledge of relational databases:
o MySQL
o PostgreSQL
Expertise in SQL optimization techniques.
Experience in:
o Developing RESTful APIs
o Integrating third-party services
Familiarity with:
o Git and version control systems
o Deployment and release processes

Experience with PHP frameworks such as:
o Laravel
o CodeIgniter
o Symfony (optional advantage)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients and teams.

o Managing on-site project delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

10+ years of experience in PHP development (preferred).
Prior experience in onsite-offshore coordination model is a strong advantage.
The pay range for this role is $120 - $125* per hr including any bonuses or variable pay.
