Senior QA Lead

Join our team to lead quality assurance initiatives across banking and technology applications. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to focus on automation testing, regression testing, functional testing, API testing, and improving QA processes in an Agile environment.

• 10 years of QA/testing experience
• Banking, financial services, or technology industry experience
• Automation testing experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Java, or similar tools
• Functional, regression, integration, and API testing experience
• Experience leading QA workstreams or small QA teams
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Octane, or similar tools
• Experience with API testing using Postman, REST APIs, or similar tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SQL queries and data validation
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Cloud exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with audit, compliance, or regulatory environments
• QA certifications such as ISTQB

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects, applications, and delivery teams
• Define and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test evidence
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including tracking, reporting, prioritization, and resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Mentor and guide QA analysts and junior testers
• Support documentation, traceability, and quality standards within a financial services environment
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog reviews
• Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices
