• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of business processes, reporting, and analytics
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Experience in configuring and optimizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

• Experience with data modeling and data quality controls
• Ability to perform data cleansing and develop data quality controls
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce data with external systems for comprehensive reporting

• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document user stories
• Onboard and train end users on new and updated reports and dashboards
