Senior Automation Engineer Location: Onsite - West Point, PA Duration: 18 Months Shift: NIGHT shift The shifts are rotated every three months between Day and Night. Shift Timings Standard Shift - 9 am - 5 pm Day Shift - 7 am - 7 pm Night Shift - 7 pm - 7 am Top Must Have's/ Keywords: Experience with having worked on shift and open to 12 hour shift; PLC/ Robotics/ Automation systems. Life Sciences Manufacturing experience. Note: HM is looking for automation experience. The profiles we received previously were heavier on the validation side vs automation. Also, Life Science Manufacturing experience is mandatory. Must Have's: 1. PLC (AB, Siemens) and DeltaV 2. Life Science - Change Control, SOP, Documentation 3. Critical Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Collaborative, Team Work, Good Communication, Client facing skills Job Description: Design, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA, DeltaV system. Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems. Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze system performance. Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems maintenance. Handle Change Control related processes and technical documentation, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures in. Participate in project management and project coordination. Support interfaces between Data Historians, Control Systems, MES Maintain and update knowledge articles and databases to help troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
