Job Title: Desktop Support

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations
- Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection
- Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
- Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
- Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
Requirements
- Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
- Experience troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft M365 software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presence and ability to work well in a team
- Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
- Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge (IP, DNS, MFA, phishing)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Minimum of 0 years of related experience Nice to have:
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
- Experience with ConnectWise Remote Support Software and CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
- Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
