Job Title: Desktop Support

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
  • Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations
  • Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection
  • Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
  • Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
  • Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams

Requirements

  • Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
  • Experience troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft M365 software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional presence and ability to work well in a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
  • Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge (IP, DNS, MFA, phishing)
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 0 years of related experience Nice to have:
    • CompTIA A+ Certification
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
    • Experience with ConnectWise Remote Support Software and CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
    • Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
