Business Analyst Retail & E-Commerce (2 3 Years Experience)

About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Retail & E-Commerce to support digital commerce initiatives and retail systems. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and working with cross-functional teams. You will help translate business needs into user stories and functional documentation. This position is ideal for early-career professionals entering the retail and ecommerce domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Support creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Support UAT and defect tracking
  • Maintain functional and process documentation
  • Communicate requirements to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
  • Exposure to Retail or E-Commerce systems
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
