Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and operationalize intelligent AI agents, Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous multi-agent workflows. This role involves building robust AI pipelines, optimizing prompts and memory architectures, and ensuring scalable, domain-specific reasoning for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy LLM-based applications leveraging frameworks such as LangChain.
• Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets to support LLMs and agent workflows.
• Optimize prompts, system instructions, and memory architectures for domain-specific reasoning.
• Evaluate AI model performance, including accuracy, latency, hallucination mitigation, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI solutions and integrate AI agents into business workflows.
