Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/GenAI Engineer with 810 years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents, building agentic workflows, and creating scalable AI-powered solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agent-based solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable GenAI systems using modern AI frameworks and tools.
• Build, customize, and optimize AI Agents for complex business use cases.
• Develop and integrate custom tools, APIs, and plugins within agentic frameworks.
• Design and implement Multi-Agent Systems and agent orchestration workflows.
• Create and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and custom MCP tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Optimize AI application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Stay current with advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and GenAI technologies.

Required Skills
Core Technical Skills

• 810 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and workflows.
• Experience with LangChain framework and related AI orchestration libraries.
• Ability to build, customize, and extend agents using custom tools and integrations.
• Experience implementing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI ecosystems.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
