Salary Range: $55 - $60/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Release Manager (DevOps) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end release lifecycle — from planning and coordination to deployment and post-release validation — while championing DevOps best practices that enable fast, reliable, and high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, product, and infrastructure teams to streamline release pipelines, reduce friction, and continuously improve our delivery processes.

• Experience in managing end-to-end software releases across multiple teams and environments.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to establish and enforce release policies, branching strategies, versioning standards, and change management processes.
• Experience in managing deployments to AWS cloud environments and overseeing Apache Web Server configurations.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Strong scripting skills in Python for automation.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript for internal tooling and release portals.
• Experience with JSON-based configuration files, APIs, and integration payloads.

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage end-to-end software releases.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Identify, triage, and resolve release blockers; conduct root-cause analysis and lead retrospectives.
