Systems Administrator

Tallahassee, FL (On-Site)

We are seeking a Systems Administrator with strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and Microsoft technologies. This role will support complex IT operations, systems maintenance, cloud administration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• Administering and supporting Windows Server environments including Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Managing IIS administration and web-hosted services
• Supporting cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
• Maintaining and troubleshooting network communications including TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS file sharing, and NTFS permissions
• Supporting middleware technologies including API Management, automation tools, and batch job services
• Managing Linux environments including RedHat and Ubuntu systems
• Performing systems monitoring, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Automating administrative tasks and improving operational efficiencies
• Collaborating across infrastructure, networking, and development teams
• Researching and implementing infrastructure improvements and innovative solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or related IT environments
• Experience administering Windows Server environments
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Experience supporting enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies
• Experience with IIS Administration
• Strong Linux administration experience, including patch management
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across multiple technology platforms
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with API Management and IT automation tools
• Experience with cloud-based network architectures
• Knowledge of infrastructure and application development technologies
• Experience documenting and automating operational processes
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or public-sector environments
