Job Description


Title: QA Lead
Location: Toronto
Duration: 6 Months

Salary Range: C$60 INC Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team in a key quality assurance role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Pega systems, particularly within the insurance industry, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Pega systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Pega insurance framework.
  • Strong understanding of Life and Health insurance and Claim processing.
  • Experience in Automation QE.
  • Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Additional certifications or training in Pega systems.
  • Experience with other insurance software platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead quality assurance efforts for Pega systems within the insurance domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and quality of processes.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and automation frameworks.
