Power Platform Data Analyst

Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Work Mode: Hybrid

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal fleet stakeholders and business users across locations to understand and document business requirements & deliver solutions for dashboard/reports.
• Create and document dashboards, data sources, definitions, and logic.
• Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to reporting solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with data analysis and BI technologies, minimum 5 years of overall working experience in the related field.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service), DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or related domains is a plus.
• An interest in emerging technologies, particularly the use and application of GenAI tooling and capabilities.
• Familiarity with Snowflake (particularly, Snowflake Cortex) is a nice to have.
