About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across LAN and WAN environments. This role will work closely with infrastructure and security teams to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable network operations while supporting deployments, upgrades, and incident response activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet technologies in enterprise production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot LAN and WAN connectivity and service issues
• Configure and support Cisco Catalyst 3750x, 9200, and 9300 switches
• Support Cisco Nexus switching platforms
• Configure Cisco ASR and ISR routing platforms
• Configure and support Cisco Meraki environments
• Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate and FortiSwitch platforms
• Support VLANs, trunking, routing, and enterprise network connectivity
• Install and support network hardware and infrastructure
• Activate and support leased WAN circuits
• Create and maintain network documentation
• Review change scripts and implementation plans
• Participate in project meetings and operational support activities
• Partner with security teams to mitigate network threats
• Support SNMP monitoring and logging solutions

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Equivalent hands-on technical training and networking experience acceptable
• 5+ years of Information Systems experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Cisco networking experience
• Strong enterprise networking and infrastructure support background
