- Minimum 15 years of experience in data product management, with strong stakeholder alignment and strategic planning skills.
- Minimum 10 years of domain experience in banking (preferably in commercial and retail banking) and regulatory data.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working within Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments.
- Define and manage product scope, vision, priorities, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Drive PI and sprint planning, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
- Plan and manage initiatives, features, epics, and stories in JIRA.
- Lead agile PODs, overseeing daily activities and driving delivery through agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams and ensure seamless coordination through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Apply banking data SME knowledge to guide development of long-term, scalable data solutions.
- Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
