About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and inspired Senior Product Manager to help define, design, build, and launch innovative Talent Management products for our customers. You will be a key member of our product team, responsible for driving growth and success through the end-to-end product delivery process.

You will be working energetically and collaboratively with our customer success, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to identify customer needs and product opportunities, define value-driven product solutions, bring the solutions to market, and continually measure product success.

Responsibilities to include:

Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

Collaborate effectively with business, engineering, and design to bring product solutions to life

Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

Work to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Research and stay abreast of the competitive landscape and market trends in the Talent Management software space

Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Provide functional demonstrations of products

Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation

Work with cross functional teams in support of product launch

Collect customer feedback, analyze usage data, and develop insights to inform product decisions

We work in a hybrid model; 3 days per week in the Lowell office is required.

Minimum required qualifications:

2+ years' experience interpreting, formalizing, and communicating business and/or product requirements

2+ years' experience in the SaaS product life cycle, software development processes, and user interface design

Experience in Human Resources applications, in the area of Benefits Administration/Benefits Offerings

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in product experimentation and optimization

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to evaluate user feedback and competitive insights to inform product decisions

Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders with strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented structures

Ability to travel domestically and abroad to remote engineering teams

The pay range for this position is 102,300 to 147,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
