Change Manager
Tasks
- Define and measure success metrics for strategic and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate on transformation projects (IT and agile transformation, cultural change, innovation, digitization, organizational redesign)
- Design and implement future operating models, including processes, policies and tools to support business outcomes
- Ensure cultural and behavioral changes are embedded across the organization to sustain transformation benefits
- Focus on change management, talent management and people analytics as key levers for successful transformation
- Manage stakeholders and communication, facilitate workshops and client sessions, provide coaching and training, and help identify client issues and the appropriate transformation approach

Qualifications
- Up to 4 years experience working as a Change Manager
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in either Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information or other relevant field of studies
- Previous Change Management project experience
- Fluent in French or Dutch and very good command of English, spoken and written
