Release Manager

We are hiring a Release Manager to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsibilities - Own release planning, scheduling, and execution end-to-end - Coordinate across development, platform, QA, and operations teams - Manage release timelines, dependencies, and risks - Lead deployment activities and release calls - Ensure change control, approvals, and rollback readiness - Communicate release status, schedules, and issues Qualifications - Experience managing software releases in complex environments - Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and DevOps - Experience working across cloud (AWS/GCP), on-prem, and legacy systems - Familiarity with microservices, monolithic systems, and integrations - Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.10 - $62.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
