Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer Operations to support critical production and enterprise network environments in a factory setting. The role involves handling P1 incidents, production outages, and ticket resolution during business and non-business hours as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 operational support for production network environments, including resolution of P1 and critical incidents
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across application, LAN, WAN, data center, and security layers
  • Perform data center racking and stacking activities on demand
  • Lead real-time incident troubleshooting bridges and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform packet capture and deep-dive analysis (Wireshark or equivalent) during critical outages
  • Ensure network stability, performance, and availability in factory/production environments
  • Support escalation and root cause analysis for recurring network issues
Core Technical Responsibilities
Cisco ACI
  • Configure and troubleshoot APIC, EPGs, Contracts, and policies
  • Manage fabric health, connectivity, and routing issues
  • Support L2/L3 connectivity and tenant-based architecture
Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Manage PAN-OS environments and Panorama
  • Configure and troubleshoot:
    • Security policies
    • NAT rules
    • Routing
    • IPSec VPN (site-to-site & remote access)
  • Implement threat prevention profiles and security controls
Networking & Security
  • Design and support IPSec VPNs , including multi-vendor environments
  • Troubleshoot complex routing protocols ( BGP, OSPF ) and switching issues
  • Support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba) including RF tuning, roaming, and high-density optimization
Infoblox (DDI)
  • Manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services
  • Handle grid management, failover, and high availability configurations
  • Support automation and integration initiatives
Core Networking Skills
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, multicast, routing protocols
  • Ability to perform advanced network troubleshooting and performance tuning
Required Skills
  • Cisco ACI (APIC, EPG, Contracts, Fabric troubleshooting)
  • Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama, VPN, security policies)
  • Enterprise Wireless (Cisco/Aruba)
  • IPSec VPN (site-to-site & remote access)
