Senior Automation Engineer

A leading automation provider is hiring a Senior Automation Engineer to lead complex control system projects and mentor a growing team. This role is perfect for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving tough automation challenges and driving innovation across manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecyclefrom design and programming to commissioning.
Develop and integrate PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions.
Oversee multiple projects ensuring quality, budget, and timelines.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for performance and reliability.
Qualifications
710 years of automation or control systems experience.
Strong PLC/HMI/SCADA programming (Allen-Bradley, Ignition, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience (PE, PMP, or CSIA a plus).
