• Ensure MES solutions support production scheduling, work order execution, genealogy, traceability, quality management, and reporting.
• Coordinate integrations between MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, historians, and other manufacturing applications.
• Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and change management activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or MES implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop floor processes.
• Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as:
• Siemens Opcenter (Camstar)
• Rockwell FactoryTalk MES
• Werum PAS-X.
