We seek a highly skilled Data Quality Lead with expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDDC) and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies such as Azure and Databricks and will oversee multiple data quality projects, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the implementation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities\:- Technical Capabilities
Expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and IDDC , Cloud technologies such as Azure and Databricks.
Experience designing and implementing IDQ/CDQ rules, mapplets, scorecards, and data quality validation checks.
Proficiency in data profiling, validation, standardization, cleansing, and error handling using IDQ v10.x.
Familiarity with Axon-IDQ integrations
Nice-to-have\: Experience with Python, Java, and tools like R360 and ADF. - Lead Responsibilities
Oversee and manage 7-8 small to medium-scale data quality projects, coordinating between Leads, Data Stewards, and Offshore teams.
Collaborate with Data Stewards to gather and refine project requirements, and hand them over to the implementation team.
Define and establish project timelines in coordination with the IDQ Lead and ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct regular status updates with project teams, identify risks, and take corrective action as necessary. - Project Execution & Collaboration
Participate in design and Proof of Concept (POC) discussions, contributing valuable input for successful outcomes.
Provide ongoing support for ad-hoc queries and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Work with IT and Security teams to uphold platform governance standards and maintain integration capabilities.
Ensure the use of data models, mappings, and dictionaries in the development of IDQ/CDQ rules. - Performance Optimization & Best Practices
Share data quality best practices across projects and offer performance optimization strategies.
Provide design suggestions for individual projects and ensure alignment with overall data governance standards.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution, working closely with the Informatica Admin team if required.
- Expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and IDDC.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies such as Azure and Databricks.
- Strong experience in data profiling, validation, standardization, cleansing, and error handling using IDQ v10.x.
- Familiarity with Axon-IDQ integrations.
