Return to selected search result Senior Digital Product Manager - Columbus, Cleveland, or Charlotte Apply remote type Office locations Columbus, OH One South Charlotte Nc 200 Public Sq Bo Cleve Oh time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id R0064971 Description Job Description Lead components of the multi-year roadmap to define innovative advisory and wealth strategies that can include: digital integrated financial goal planning and advice, digital collaboration, digital investment experience and digital onboarding & account opening process for brokerage, managed account, personal trust customers and annuities for a more personalized digital experience Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure the digital and other advisor and wealth systems capabilities align with Consumer Bank and Private Bank advisory revenue expectations Deliver on the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital planning and collaboration strategies from the market and user research phase to the creation of the business case to partnering with our digital team on the solution design, to proof of concept testing, to launch, user/advisor adoption and post maintenance/evolution Partner with our internal Technology/Ops and the Digital teams to execute the advisory and wealth strategy by sponsoring the digital priorities and experience through the build and launch process Maintain a pulse on customers evolving advisory needs and preferences as well as the competitive landscape to continuously innovate and enhance the experience Use internal and external industry insights and data to influence the digital customer & advisor/wealth experience strategy, roadmap and priorities Define, report and analyze advisory and wealth service KPI's that ties to the business case (e.g. service requests, digital adoption, customer experience / satisfaction, etc.) Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 12+ years of business experience working in Digital Product Management Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in creating, supporting, implementing, or managing financial planning platforms for customers and advisors using common industry tools, i.e. MoneyGuide, eMoney, Naviplan, or similar 3+ years' experience in creating, supporting, implementing, or managing the following; Investment Client Onboarding, investment account opening including the ACAT process, KYC, AML / KYC and account registration types Demonstrated knowledge of APIs level platform integrations Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation a plus Ability to independently manage multiple work efforts Experience supporting and/or building Advisor-facing and/or customer-facing digital tools Experience with investment products and vehicles, including but not limited to brokerage, trust, annuities, management investments Experience with other financial products including Deposits, Lending, insurance, across various segments Ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization with colleagues across various reporting structures Excellent influencing, consulting and communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact with and relate complex technical information to multiples audiences in business terms. Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills. Methodological thinker, with strong experience with process / journey mapping Experience with Agile project execution; including prioritization and defining Epics and Features that tie to the business strategy and revenue expectations Passion for financial planning is a must have Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to innovate (i.e. Think outside of the box) to come up with optimal solutions Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
