5+ years' experience working in IT support/helpdesk related roles
3+ years' experience in a supervisory or management capacity
Experience working in a Windows 10/11 environment
Experience working with a ticketing system

Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Helpdesk Manager to join our client's technical support team. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their IT career in a professional financial environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background including strong experience working in Windows 10/11 environment, be proficient with ticketing systems and Active Directory, and demonstrate experience defining and managing SLAs/KPIs to ensure service quality. Familiarity with LAN networking and servers is preferred, and excellent customer service skills are essential. This is an onsite opportunity and will require an on-call rotation.
