We are excited to invite you to join our team as an IT Project Manager, Global Technology & Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This position focuses on IT integration projects. Each project presents unique challenges, offering you the opportunity to be agile and find solutions along with the different GTO services owners. In this role, you will play a key part in realizing business synergies through effective technology integration. We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and leadership-oriented professional who can uphold the highest standards across our technology portfolio. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management Knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure, IT Service management PMP certification and M&A experience are preferred but not required Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues Provide strategic guidance for IT integration on behalf of the project sponsor Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, following the GTO M&A Integration Framework Collaborate with internal and acquiredCo stakeholders, sometimes including vendors Lead cross-functional teams and set clear project direction Monitor project budgets and control expenditures Coordinate with global and local business and technical teams Motivate and manage project teams to ensure timely task completion Report on project progress, including timelines, risks, and issues Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership in a timely manner Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables Oversee change management processes IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
