We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Producer to lead the digital execution and daily operations of our brand website .

This role combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities-from managing updates and overseeing website operations to leading content rollout efforts for new features, campaigns, and product launches. You'll ensure our web presence is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand goals.

You'll work closely with a small marketing and creative team and collaborate with cross-functional partners-including both internal digital teams within MillerKnoll and external development and design agencies. You'll also play a key role in a website replatforming project, managing timelines and brand execution on behalf of the team in coordination with external partners.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who's eager to make an impact, passionate about visual and digital storytelling, and focused on user experience. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and rollout of new web content (e.g., landing pages, campaign pages, product launches)

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support website enhancements including the redesigning and replatforming of the brand site

  • Manage and maintain website content using a CMS platform. Experience with Contentful or composable website architecture is preferred.

  • Conduct regular QA and usability checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency

  • Work with cross-functional teams to monitor website performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Maintain a structured content library, including copy, images, and digital assets

  • Develop and refine internal workflows for scalable and efficient content publishing

  • Stay current with digital trends, UX best practices, and accessibility standards

  • Partner with counterparts within the MillerKnoll organization to create a strong digital presence via shared or MillerKnoll-operated platforms

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in website content management, digital production, or a related role

  • Proficient with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Drupal)

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage

  • Familiarity with web publishing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Photoshop) and basic HTML/CSS

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Bonus: Experience with website replatforming, redesign projects

  • Bonus: Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Salary Range Recommendation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

A starting compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
